特別拉出兩個非常常見的片語給大家認識：
1. get off the grid 逃離
grid，有「網」之意，get off the grid便有一種「逃離大環境」的意味，這也正是Jason Bourne整個系列電影在做的事，逃離利用他的組織！
當有人說他想get/be off the grid時，我們可以把它解釋為想離開既定環境/情況，想自力更生、自給自足。當然，因為有網之意，也可以稱一個某地off the grid，意味著沒有訊號、網路、鳥不生蛋等。
2. get a grip on 控制住
grip單字本身有握、抓之意，get a grip on便有「把持」、「控制」之意。

我們也能說Get a grip on yourself，意思就是「好好管好你自己」囉！
